Do you know what these chemicals are and how to eliminate them? Come learn how to systematically remove the chemicals from your foods, water, clothes, home and work environments. In addition to learning how this can improve your health, you'll take away some possible action steps to implement at work.
Matching The Group's Needs and "Burning Platform": Case Studies in Corporate Wellness -- Listen to two stories of successful corporate wellness initiatives that illustrate how most successful programs start with the current reality of the organization. How do you determine where to start… or where to re-start?
Equipment-less Fitness for the Workplace -- Fitness in the workplace made simple! This presentation will overview the five areas of fitness and addresses strategies for effective personal fitness in each area without cumbersome or costly equipment. We’ll also sneak in some keys to motivation and highlight tips for ongoing success. These will serve as great ideas for the organization, or for you personally.
