VTHRA Program Cancellation & Refund Policy

At VTHRA, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy aims to strike a balance between being fair to participants and helping us manage program planning and related financial commitments.

 Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the program date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 to 29 days of the program date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the program date are not eligible for a refund. 

Transfers:

Requests to transfer registration to another individual or program will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as early as possible to explore transfer options.

How to Cancel or Request a Transfer:

To cancel your registration or request a transfer, please email [email protected] with your name, program title, and date. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
