VTHRA Program Cancellation & Refund Policy
At VTHRA, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy aims to strike a balance between being fair to participants and helping us manage program planning and related financial commitments.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the program date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 to 29 days of the program date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the program date are not eligible for a refund.
Transfers:
Requests to transfer registration to another individual or program will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as early as possible to explore transfer options.
To cancel your registration or request a transfer, please email [email protected] with your name, program title, and date. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

The Return of "Wait, Wait, Don't Fire Me (Yet)!!"
So you think you know the law? Let's test that theory (and have fun doing it)! Teams of attendees will be presented with various case studies. Some will be true, and some will be pure fiction. Teams will need to figure out which case study is real, and in doing so, they will need to spot tricky legal issues. Following each set of case studies, the speakers will lead a group discussion on lessons to be learned from the legal issue raised in each case study, and how best practices can prevent legal liability.
