VTHRA Program Cancellation & Refund Policy
At VTHRA, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy aims to strike a balance between being fair to participants and helping us manage program planning and related financial commitments.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the program date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 to 29 days of the program date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the program date are not eligible for a refund.
Transfers:
Requests to transfer registration to another individual or program will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as early as possible to explore transfer options.
To cancel your registration or request a transfer, please email [email protected] with your name, program title, and date. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

This workshop will help you become aware of your own motives and strengths to better understand yourself and find common ground with the people around you. Once you register, you’ll be given access to take the Strengths Deployment Inventory assessment between September 17th and October 17th.
SPEAKER BIO – MICHAEL BROWN
Michael Brown has spent over 10 years consulting, training, and implementing transformational leadership programs for senior-leaders at organizations such as Procter & Gamble, Goodwill, and Hershey, to name a few. Michael is also an author, executive coach, and keynote speaker, addressing audiences from 50 to 2000 leaders. To ensure he can meet the unique needs and business objectives of his clients, Michael is certified in several industry-leading programs and assessments, including the SDI 2.0 and Core Strengths. Michael holds a B.A. and a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University. He is the author of Followship: Servant Leaders Serving Leaders, which helps managers quickly strengthen relationships with their team members to serve their growth and development. He also served as an Emotional Intelligence adjunct instructor at the University of Arkansas.
