Directions

How might we cultivate a culture of “performance acceleration” within our organizations? In this experiential virtual workshop, we will dive into this question and explore how the principles of Appreciative Inquiry can be used as a framework for creating a culture that invites continuous performance acceleration, even in our increasingly disrupted workplaces.  We will lift up your own inspirational practices as well as co-create new ones together.  Come ready to share, learn, and generate with others!

 Session Goals:

  • Describe the appreciative concept of ‘performance acceleration’ compared to the deficit-based practices often inherent in traditional performance review processes.
  • Examine personal ‘best practices’ for helping others accelerate their performance.
  • Illustrate how the principles of Appreciative Inquiry can be used as a framework for creating a culture that invites continuous performance acceleration.
  • Provide practical examples for how to enhance a culture of performance acceleration in any organization.
