VTHRA Program Cancellation & Refund Policy
At VTHRA, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy aims to strike a balance between being fair to participants and helping us manage program planning and related financial commitments.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the program date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 to 29 days of the program date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the program date are not eligible for a refund.
Transfers:
Requests to transfer registration to another individual or program will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as early as possible to explore transfer options.
To cancel your registration or request a transfer, please email [email protected] with your name, program title, and date. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

VTHRA is trying to help folks “know what they don’t know”. We won’t compete with VTC or other organizations who already offer full and complete training courses on certification. This is just to give you a flavor of what the certification program might cover. This is really meant to be a high level overview of the certification materials to see if certification might be right for you!
